Overall great experience. I initially called in for a non urgent sewer line cleanout. Later in the day it turned into an urgent situation. They were able to come to the house same day to help. Seth cleared the line no problem. He went above and beyond in putting his camera thru the line and locating the outside clean out that had been completely buried by the previous homeowners. He not only located the outside clean out, he also dug it out for us. Great work and great pricing. Couldn't recommend Drain Bros enough.
Seth was so awesome. Called before he came and gave me an estimated time of arrival. Once he showed up he was kind and very knowledgeable. Wanted to see all the parts of the problem and even talked me through what future problem areas might be (I just bought the house). He was fast, efficient and even cleaned up, not only the mess that was made, but also extra cleaning of things he didn't even mess up!! I will definitely be using Drain Bros again and would recommend them to anyone!

I had a major residential plumbing problem. Drain Brothers was referred to me by another plumber who was unable to handle the scope of the needed repairs. Drain Brothers assessed the needed repairs, gave me a reasonable estimate and we scheduled the repairs. The repairs were completed. The work was well done. And, when an issue developed a few days after the job was completed, Drain Brothers immediately returned and corrected the problem.
I completed a request on Thumbtack for a sump pump replacement and Seth's company was one that returned my call. He was very transparent and gave us his suggestions and recommendations as to which brand would be a good sump pump. He was very low pressure and said we could provide it, or he could. He was upfront and fair with his quote. He showed up as scheduled and efficiently completed the removal and installation of the new pump.
Drain bros was quick to come diagnose and fix my problem as new homeowners to ohio was great to have someone who cared. in fact they came back for free about two later to fix again at no charge. Such a great bunch of people.

Drain Bros fixed my drainage issue quick and efficient and for half the cost of other companies. They worked as a team and got the job finished avoiding a lot of unwanted demolition to my floors that other companies told me there would be no way around. This was a big job that could have cost me $16,000 plus more construction debris and out of pocket cost to replace floors and possibly my kitchen cabinets. I will not hesitate to use these guys again if needed.
